We look at the vehicles and the site. We check access, parking layout and the condition of a few typical vehicles, then recommend a schedule.

Fleet detailing pricing

Fleet pricing is per vehicle and depends on vehicle size, the service (wash, interior or full detail), how often we visit, and how many vehicles we do per visit. Regular programs cost less per vehicle than one-off cleans because the vehicles never get as dirty.

Do you detail fleet vehicles on site at our depot or workplace?

Yes. Roilty FX is fully mobile. We work in your car park, yard or depot, usually while the vehicles are parked for the day or out of hours.

Do you need our water or power?

Yes, we need access to water and power on site.

How often should fleet vehicles be cleaned?

It depends on how the vehicles are used. Customer-facing cars and sales vehicles are commonly washed every week or fortnight, with an interior clean monthly. Site utes and 4WDs working in dust or red dirt may need more frequent exterior washes and a deeper interior clean each quarter. We’ll suggest a schedule after looking at your vehicles.

Can you prepare vehicles for handover or end of lease?

Yes. A full interior and exterior detail before a vehicle is returned, sold or reassigned to a new driver helps present it well and can reduce cleaning charges at inspection. Paint correction and headlight restoration can be added where needed.

Can you invoice our business monthly?

Yes. We invoice per visit or monthly with vehicle-by-vehicle line items. ABN on every invoice.

Are you insured?

Yes, we hold public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.

Is there a minimum fleet size?

No minimum. We look after businesses with two utes as well as larger fleets. Per-vehicle rates reduce as numbers go up.
